Study methods & key distinctions

The study compared heat-killed HUH02-HK with microfluidized HUH02-2psi (20,000 psi) and HUH02-4psi (40,000 psi). These preparations are not interchangeable.

At 24 hours, HaCaT scratch-assay closure was 53.00% in the control group and 58.48% with HUH02-HK. This is a cell-culture observation, not a clinical skin-repair or wrinkle-reduction measurement.

Significant TEER increases were reported for the microfluidized groups. That result should not be attributed to HUH02-HK alone.

Related ingredient research, not a clinical trial of this serum. The identity of the supplied LACTOMO-HK ingredient relative to the studied HUH02-HK preparation remains unconfirmed.

SCRC_26_EL0113_3219. Reference cream, 4 weeks, once-daily facial use, 22 women enrolled; 1 withdrew; 21 adult Korean women completed. Mean age of completers: 49.19 ± 4.65 years. Antera 3D CS. September 9–October 7, 2026.

All four endpoints: p < 0.001. Paired t-test: under-eye depression volume and glabellar wrinkles. Wilcoxon signed-rank test: nasolabial wrinkles and eye-area fine lines. Changes are quoted as reported, rather than recalculated from rounded displayed means.
